Fees

Before we start working together, we will agree on the scope as well as the terms and conditions of our collaboration.

How are the fees set and what are their key components?
Where the scope of the project is clearly defined, we can work on the basis of a fixed budget. If the scope is unclear, evolving or comprises several phases, other fee models can be agreed (e.g. budget per phase, estimated budget, hourly rates, subscription, ...). Fees do not cover expenses (e.g. travel costs, service fees for external experts, administrative expenses, costs for court and regulatory filings, etc): these will be agreed separately. Please note that VAT may apply.

What about cost control?

Predictability is key to a mutually succesful attorney-client relationship. I'll communicate regularly about the fees and will endeavour to set up a billing model that meets the cost control needs of my clients.
