ESG - Sustainability - Responsible Business Practices
​Around the world, and in the EU specifically, there is a surge in regulation and voluntary initiatives on ESG topics. I help organisations:

make sense of ESG regulations, standards, frameworks and voluntary initiatives,

understand where they stand in terms of compliance,

define paths forward to compliance and beyond,

operationalise their ESG efforts through adequate governance, processes, contracts and other documents (e.g. for ESG reporting and supply chain due diligence).
Collaborative efforts
Progress on sustainability requires cross-sector/industry collaboration on many topics. Leveraging many years of experience in multi-party initiatives, I assist businesses and organisations on legal questions related to :

Waves of regulation keep adding to the workload and the team does not always have the time to get schooled in nor to dive deep into the details of ESG regulations. I can train your team members, help them identify the key issues, support the team in setting up processes, governance and supporting documentation. I can also help handle specific legal questions or monitor new legislation.

Your members want to develop common sectoral approaches to regulations, market trends or policy. You want to make sure these common approaches that will become standards for the industry are adopted in compliance with the law and without creating risk for your members.
